AirWeb - Web Browser for Apple TV Examine App

Aucune latence, ergonomie aux petits oignons et la précision du curseur est parfaite. Cest très satisfaisant ! Quelques optimisations seraient malgré tout bienvenues : - amélioration du zoom - permettre de choisir la résolution du navigateur. Elle est fixée à 980px de large actuellement. AirWeb tombe tellement sous le sens que je ne comprend pas pourquoi Apple na pas encore intégré cette fonctionnalité dans Safari...

Excellente initiative quApple pourrait activer... Il manque pour moi la gestion des signets qui pourraient être affichés sur le device IOS. Eventuellement la possibilité de basculer liPhone en mode paysage, sans que cela est une incidence sur laffichage TV. à suivre dans les mises à jour.

Cette application est bien pensée et bien réalisée. Le seul problème que je rencontre est la gestion des pages protégée par htaccess.

Grâce à cette application on retrouve toutes les fonctionnalités de lIPhone sur sa TV par lintermédiaire de lApple TV. Une réussite magistrale!

Me permets de regarder mes films en streaming en grand écran sur ma Tv via Apple TV . Ce que ne peut pas faire safari. Merci pour cette superbe app!

Pas asser intuitif, certains sites s’affichent mal, mieux vaut faire une recopie de safari !

Aucune utilité pour cette application. Elle ne fait rien de plus quun iphone avec la recopie Apple TV. Aucun clavier virtuel pour pouvoir taper une adresse sur google ou autre, surfer ou tout autre utilité… en tous les cas, je nen vois aucune pour moi...

Ne fonctionne pas avec Apple TV , passez votre route .

Keine Probleme mit dem ipad

Je suis assez déçu de lapplication. Cest vrai quelle permet de profiter de toute la grandeur de la télévison pour naviguer. Cependant, la navigation est contrôlé par une souris guidée par le doigt. La page nest pas afficher sur le iPad, seulement sur la TV...ce qui rend difficile dutilisation! Jespère quils vont permettre bientôt dafficher la page sur notre iPad pour pouvoir contrôler à partir de celui-ci...

Vraiment bien fait, jaimerais seulement pouvoir quil y ai un défilement automatique selon la position de la souris. Sinon WOW! Manque plus quun peu doptimisation et ce serais parfait. Idéal pour présenter des vrai pages web.

Unfortunately the app doesn’t live up to the marketing pitch. It’s clunky to install, and crashes when finally working. I want my money and time back.

Garbage I want my money back I thought the browser would show up on my apply TVs apps safari does the same thing as this and it’s free

Our company needed a way to display our status web page on the 4K TV in our lobby and this app works great for that.

Doesn’t work correctly. Needs work in the area of login to other secure websites. Must be transposing passwords.

Sad to say that this app is not good. If anyone is interested in viewing a browser on their Apple TV, it is much better to use the normal Airplay process. So far all the apps I have paid for and downloaded are all garbage.

You don't need this app to project and mirror the material of your iPhone onto the TV using Apple TV. This app only teaches you how to do the set up to make use of your Apple TV. This is how it goes, Bring up the screen from the bottom of your iPhone up and click on Airplay. Then click on "living room". Then make sure that button for mirroring is green. That's all this app teaches you.

And overall it's very laggy making the controls really frustrating

This is a air web browser on apple tv. It can help me to quickly and accurately control the TV set. It makes it easier for us to control tv.

No longer need a laptop/wireless keyboard and all the connecting trinkets you need to browse on your tv, Apple TV and AirPlay thru the AirWeb app and you're set!!!

The theory is great, and when you are on a website that is compatible it is very nice, but it always a crapshoot if it will work or not. You spend as much time being frustrated with it as you do using it. Really wish it worked better, but it just doesn't.

Whenever I try to play a video, all I get is sound and a grey screen. Not much use at all.

This app works fine in generally. However, ‘click’ doesn't work in some particular website I used. I’m trying to watch videos on these website. I can only pull back the website and touch it on my phone screen. Videos will automatically fit the tv, after few minutes, my phone is getting hot. I have to stop it, and trying to get a refund. How ever, App store said “This purchase is not eligible for refund”! What? Are you kidding me?

It's a brilliant concept and much needed but just doesn't work. Hopefully someone will create a working app like this. Mouse 'clicks' don't work, which is the biggest problem. You can't navigate the web without clicking. Also, pages display incorrectly, many sites don't work as expected. Totally bummed as the price is pretty high for an app and I really wish I could surf the web on my Apple TV.

Access was denied on a website that usually lets me access. Please fix. Thank you. I'm using iPhone 6+

Read all the reviews, tried everything discussed, nothing works. I think this app is a scam.

Bought this app to make web video viewing easier but many major sites like YouTube and BBC iplayer don't work properly. Looked at the app help forums and there are several similar complaints streching back over a year so this seems to be a bug the developer can't resolve.

Great app. Just a few suggestions... A one finger page-scrolling option would be awesome, and a landscape keyboard (typing) option would be great, as well. Other than that, this thing is great!

This app is exactly what I needed. Great updates and a very responsive developer.

Works perfectly as described. Lets me use my TV as a giant computer monitor, and my iPhone as a giant touchpad to control it. It's nice to be able to have an onscreen cursor, especially for presentations so that I can show people what I'm doing. The swipe gestures and external keyboard are a nice touch as well. Plus tabs and highlighting. Great app!

AirWeb is a really good solution to browsing the web on your big-screen; the controls are straight-forward and intuitive, and it works really well.

this is great to use your AppleTV to browse without the weird letter boxing and scaling you’d get if you just mirrored Safari from your iPad. Just make sure you disable overscanning on both your set and the AppleTV for crisp 1:1 pixels.

I love this web browser for Apple TV!

I used this app on my iphone and it works well. I tried this on my iPad and it's glitchy, random screen rotation while the iPad was laying down unmoved. Click sound is great for feed back but several times on different sites it didn't work while I tried many times to select something, even on AirWeb's home page the same thing happened. A few times the arrow or mouse like feature lagged as if it was a dead battery controlling the the arrow on the screen. And the thing that kills this for me is on the iPad, it doesn't do video. You're greeted with a fully grey screen with a large play button and a play bar. No video!

Won't play any videos, no flash player support!! I want a refund!

I can do all I want with safari without paying for this useless app. It is merely mirroring with mouse/keyboard on your iOS device. I want a true web browser on my Apple TV so my iPad is free to use! Waste of money

This is a must-have app for anyone who has an Apple TV. It works great and you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.

This app just doesn't do what it says it will. The url is not shown as you type the web address. It doesn't do anything that mirroring safari doesn't do! Simply useless!!!

The app works pretty well but it doesn't use the desktop version of the site and it doesn't fill the entire tv screen. Will get the job done but almost better off mirroring safari.

Purchased app to play video on websites other than YouTube, Netflix and Hulu. Did not work.

This is the perfect solution to having a web browser on your television. Since the Apple TV does not have a native web browser, this app makes it incredibly convenient to surf the web without getting up from the sofa! All you need is an Apple TV and an iOS device and you are set! Surprisingly simple to use. It looks and works great!

I want to give this a higher rating but it just isn't there yet. When it works it does pretty well. On the other hand I make it constantly crash just simply by entering my zip code on websites. A real bummer. Also I've come across websites that constantly keep refreshing and you can't click on anything. I also keep getting on screen tips....I know them already, thanks. I ended up just using safari with AirPlay. Question, why does the app open to set up, Every, Single, Time? If these bugs get worked out (I hope they do), I'll feel like it was $2 well spent. As it sits now, it's not sorry. A crashing app is unusable and therefore worth $0.
